My screen has had black lines across it for a couple of weeks now, tried new clocks faces and reset but nothing works.
My device also crashes randomly. I know the battery wasn't dead, but the device died on my wrist, no green light and the side button unresponsive. Plugged it in and it still had 35% battery. The sleep tracker isn't working properly either because of this

I've already tried reseting the device multiple times, its the first thing I did and it doesn't do anything. The screen still has multiple black lines across and stops working until I plug it in
