Charge 3 display getting dim

My Fitbit faded and I cannot see the numbers. I have tried to reset and nothing. I tried changing the face and nothing. I hate to change to Apple Watch. Please help

Thanks for responding! It just happened one day it was fine and the next the screen was faded with lines.

Dim display has been reported for over 9 months.  Has there been any progress?  My Fitbit is nearly unusable to track specific exercise because I can't see what I'm selecting!  It can't be used as a watch either because I can't read the time.  I love your app, but I'm very frustrated with your devices!  I switched to the Charge 3 from the Blaze because that device was failing.  Now it feels like I'm in the same boat again.

Please get us a release date when this issue will be resolved or I'm going to be forced to another vendor for my tracking needs.

Agree even there are kore cheeper solution available compare to fitbit..

I have been watching these forums for months awaiting a solution and am honestly appalled that the only response from Fitbit is that we should wait. How about a refund or replacement of the defective devices?

Will fitbit replace these faulty devices? I'd really like to be able to use the my charge 3 but this issue seems to be largely ignored by the company
