My fitbit charge 3 display has stopped performing due to no apparent reason. The display looked at first scattered and then I tried plugging it on the charger while hold-press the button till it vibrates and then reconnect it. The display went black out and no improvement thereafter unfortunately. I tried changing the clock face too from the app and no avail. The device seems to be on stand by modevand no issue with connectivity, except with a blacked out display. Please let me know what I should consider to as my next step in getting it back in order.
