Charge 3 display won't turn on

Hi my new charge 3 is blank and when I charge it and try to restart it using the side button it just vibrates with a blank screen.

I am having the same problem. My Fitbit charge 3 was working fine this morning and now it just vibrates when I press the button on the side. I have charged it fully but still nothing. I purchased it in October. Any ideas how to fix this please? Looks like I won’t have it over Christmas now🙁

Have you gotten the latest device update via the app? If that doesn’t work
try changing the clock face, again via the app.

If it vibrates and doesn't come on, I put it on the charger and held the button on the fit bit until it smiles. Black screen no vibration, left it off all day then put it on the charger and it started to charge. Updated the Fitbit and it's been working for a week, so far. Good luck!

I had that happen to me. I changed my watch face and it’s been working fine since. Fitbit is working on a download to repair it. Hope this works for you.

There is a device update available now (through the app) that should fix
the issue. You can also just change the clock face (also through the
app). Happy holidays!

I just activated it today....its up to date. I rebooted and changed the
clock. Still not working 😞

You changed the clock face or the clock time? Changing the face worked for
me (and many others). You already completed the device update also?

I changed the clock face and time. how do I do a device update? I went onto
google play and no updates are available.

You open the app to update the device

Yes. That has already been done. I started the replacement process. It only
works when on the charger.

Open the app and go to the watch settings. Look around for a device update.

I purchased Charge 3 during Thanksgiving.  Since the past 2 days, its NOT turning ON but vibrates intermittently with NO display.  What should I do ?

Try updating the device via the watch settings in the app. You could also
try changing the clock face via the settings in the app.

I’ve let my Fitbit 3 charge overnight. It vibrates when I try to sync it but no display. I’ve tried to reboot, reset the fit bit app, restarted my Bluetooth, my phone etc. I am pretty frustrated

I don’t have the option of changing watch settings in the app. At least I cannot find any settings option. I’m pretty frustrated

I’ve charged it overnight. There is nothing on the display, even when I reset it. When it syncs with my iPhone 7 it vibrates, but I get no four digit code!

Hi Roland,

When you click on the image of the watch in the app, it should take you to
the settings page. From there you should see a button labeled “Clock
Faces”. Press that button to change the clock face.
