Hi my new charge 3 is blank and when I charge it and try to restart it using the side button it just vibrates with a blank screen.

Get an I watch. For $50 more there is no comparison.

Get an Apple Watch. For $50 more, it is more than worth the money! Especially if you have an iPhone

I went into the app and changed the clock. Waited a few minutes. Then changed it back. And it started working again. I haven’t had any trouble cents. And it’s been quite a while ago. Good luck

I have charged my fitbit3 to 100% and have repeatedly popped it into the charger and holding down for the fifteen seconds. I have also changed the clock face and still nothing. I have gone for a short walk and it is still logging my steps but my display is black and unresponsive. What is the next step? Thank you for any help.

I have the same problem. I can’t find a clock to download for my charge 3. I want an analog watch face cause I can’t read the numbers without my glasses

Hi there,

I have been using an analog clock all along and I've had my fitbit 3 for over a year. When I go into the option for "all clocks" I have fifteen to choose from and two are analog: Analog Date and Analog Stat. Have you checked all of your options? Mine still isn't working although I have taken all of the steps that have been suggested so I hope you have better luck!

I found the other clock faces, but like you said only two analog ones are available but even the other ones won’t load turn my screen back on. I can’t understand why I just don’t have any luck with these Fitbit watches. This is from last December 2019 and stopped working end of April 2020.

I went to help.fitbit.com and went through a web chat with customer support. Although I was 13th in line I only had to wait maybe ten minutes at the most. I bought my Charge 3 in January 2019 so it was out of warranty (of course) and there's nothing else they can do to fix it. So they have sent me a link where I can replace it with a number of different models with a 25% discount. I looked around to see what the models were selling for and it truly is a good discount. Yours should still be under warranty so I would go to the above link and either call or web chat like I did - you should be able to get a replacement if they can't get it working for you. I hope you have better luck than me!

I had the same issue with my Fitbit charge 3. I had to restart it for 3 times and still no work. I able to change clock faces in the app bit still no display on my fitbit screen. Please advise on how to fix this. Thank you in advance

So, I had the screen display issue, couldn't be resolved, and on 9/19/19 got a new Charge 3.

Screen has died again, and, not only that, the battery won't charge at all.  I had tried all the fixes we went through before.  Can't try anything else, now, because it died and I can't get it to take any charge at all.

Hi there,

I went through all of the troubleshooting steps and no luck, my display doesn't work anymore. I went to this site:

https://help.fitbit.com/

There is an option called Let's Talk (customer support) and I had a web chat with one of their team. The upshot with my Fitbit3 is that it's out of warranty and there isn't anything else to do but replace it. Fitbit sent an email to me with replacements that were discounted by 25%. I looked at other prices for comparison and they are truly discounted. I have thirty days to make up my mind so I will check them out as well as fitness trackers made by other companies. I would try the web chat option and good luck with your Fitbit.

I am no Fitbit3 expert, just an owner but I would guess that means that the fitbit is fully charged but if your display isn't working I would go to this website and scroll down until you see Let's Talk (customer support).

I went through a web chat and the person was very helpful. My fitbit display can't be fixed so they sent an email to me with Fitbit trackers that I can purchase with a 25% discount. I did compare the prices and they are truly discounted and I have thirty days to make my mind up so I will look at these as well as fitness trackers made by other companies. Good luck with yours!

Hi there,

I've had my Fitbit3 a lot longer than you so it is out of warranty. I'm just a user, I don't work for Fitbit but I would suggest that you go to their website:

https://help.fitbit.com/

If you scroll down you'll find a section that says Let's Talk (customer support). I had a web chat with one of their team and by the end of the talk he determined that I went through all of the troubleshooting steps and sent an offer to me to purchase a Fitbit with discounts. Since your Fitbit isn't as old I would think you stand a chance of replacing it under the warranty. Good luck.
