Charge 3 does NOT sync/bluetooth

Disgusted. Charge 3 no longer syncs with iPhone bluetooth; I’ve tried all the suggested “solutions” none worked. Spoke to Fitbit - they know about the issue and asked me to be patient until a fix is developed. P.S. Nice to know Fitbit spent time editing my comments here, yet can’t find us all a solution.

Charge 3 on iOS is syncing but lost ability to send notifications again.
Being told to Bluetooth pair before using feature. It’s obvious is paired
since exercise data is syncing.
Regretting purchasing and cannot recommend to others.

Mine has the same problem as other.  Was working fine, but never could get notifications.  If I turn them on, then I can't sync.  Also can't get weather anymore.  Did for okay for 3 days except notifications.  I am using an iphone 8.  Had an Alta and a Blaze and they worked amazing!  Never should have upgraded to the Charge 3.  Very disappointed.  Wish I wouldn't have sold my old Blaze, it worked better than this one.  I have tried all suggested fixes multiple times wasting hours of my time.

I synced up my HR3 with my iPhone6 last night.  Today it shows it’s syncing, however the information is not updated on the App.  I tried every suggestion I could find.  I finally got it to sync with the App on my iPad, however it still will not sync up to my iPhone.  I have not yet contacted Customer Support.  Thought I would check here first seems this seems to be a recent issue.  Thank you!

Mine was going great since Christmas, and I thought I had dodged that whole syncing issue. Alas, no. Stopped syncing this week. And I've  tried EVERY fix recommended numerous times, to no avail. Including setting it up again as a new device. It simply doesn't connect to my phone (compatible iPhone 8); doesn't even show in the device list.

 

I get that it's still tracking all your activity, but I also use it as my alarm, and since it's not syncing, I can't even do that because it doesn't keep time. And I also have it connected to my Fitness Pal account. Kind of pointless until this is fixed. Smiley Mad

Having the same issues.  Charge 3 will not sync with my computer Microsoft 10, iPhone, and iPad.  It has been syncing for the last couple weeks, then stopped today on all my electronics.  Thinking it the Charge 3.

I'm having the same issue with my Charge 3.  It started last week with my screen being blank & I had to reset it.  Now this week, 2x as of now, it won't sync to my iphone or Microsoft tablet.  I've turned bluetooth of and on and also restarted my phone and it's still not syncing.  The Charge 3 is fully charged.  Fitbit needs to figure this out ASAP.  I paid too much money for this device for it not to work!!!!

Same boat here. Got the Charge 3 for Xmas. Worked great until Mon when it stopped syncing at 3 pm. I’ve tried all the “fixes” and it shows 0 steps on the app, while my counted steps are on my device!  What is the deal, how can I fix this nonsense.

It worked again when I put into the charger! Weird.

I called their Customer Support.  She took me through many different steps and finally we got it fixed.  She shared that its a known bug and they are trying to fix quickly.  So please call their toll-free number and they will help you

Me too! I did get it to sync by putting on the charger...no idea why it
worked!

My Charge 3 is not syncing with my Windows 10 computer even though I have followed all the steps for set up.  It says I haven't synced since Jan 17 but it is supposed to sync all the time.

Mine isn’t working too and its now stuck on a different time zone so I can’t even use it as a watch.

Yep..unfortunately this appears to be a glitch that Fitbit needs to solve!!!

Unfortunately, I did not realize that my time of day was off by 10 minutes. I haven’t been wearing a watch but instead was relying on the Fitbit. I’m usually very punctual and people have been wondering why I’m arriving late!
