Charge 3 does NOT sync/bluetooth

Disgusted. Charge 3 no longer syncs with iPhone bluetooth; I’ve tried all the suggested “solutions” none worked. Spoke to Fitbit - they know about the issue and asked me to be patient until a fix is developed. P.S. Nice to know Fitbit spent time editing my comments here, yet can’t find us all a solution.

I have Samsung j7. That has given me trouble syncing since I got it  christmas. I have u l have installed the app and reinstall it. Sometimes that works other times it won't

Well, I've given up after 6 years of using various Fitbits. I'm fed up with
doing my exercise every day and not being able to sync to anything. I just
purchased a Galaxy watch to go with my Samsung phone and going to just work
with that. Thanks a lot Fitbit. Anyone want a new, cheap Charge 3, or a
used Blaze or Alta HR? Or for that matter an Aria scale?

I have a Samsung Note 9 and the new Charge 3 Fitbit sent is working find. I hope you find the fix soon.

All of my fitbits worked well until the new charge 3 had some updates and
it's been a nightmare for the past 3 weeks.

I’m using an IPhone xr and my dashboard says it hasn’t synced since April 8 2019. I got it to sync today but it only shows today, not the previous days.

Mine hasn't synced for weeks. Pretty ridiculous. Asked if I could have it replaced with a functioning one, they tell me a new one won't fix the issue and that they are "aware" of the issue, yet no fix still, and people clearly are using Charge 3s that function, so I think I was outright lied to. Very unfortunate. Was very happy with my Fitbit products until this unfortunate disaster.

Sorry to hear you did not receive a replacement Charge 3. Maybe calling in again may help. Good to know it probably is a software issue and they are working on it.

i'm disgusted with my fitbit charge 3, it is three months old and first the screen wouldn't swipe, had to call fitbit to fix it. Swiping screen issue got fixed but then my fitbit stop syncing...had to spend half an hour to get that fixed...very poor product in my opinion.

My Fitbit stopped syncing on April 11, 2019.  I've done all the trouble shooting listed, still no syncing.  I checked to see if there was a new update, none available.  I'm at a loss, what do I do?

I've followed all of the suggested fixes for the Charge 3, and yes it finally synced yesterday after almost 3 weeks of not connecting, now the weather is totally somewhere else on planet Earth..... perhaps Iceland!! I've checked my phone and the weather app is properly located, I'm just giving up! Who needs a product that constantly has to be babysitted to operate property?? If I wanted to spend my days and nights babysitting as a full time job I would have had a baby, not a Charge 3, who needs this... I surely don't. At this point I am requesting a full refund from Fitbit Customer Service. This product is junk!  How much time have you spent trying to fix yours?? I'm done!

My Charge 3 is now working after I deleted it on my phone and reset everything. When I searched for it again, there was a message indicating an update of 30 minutes. After over an hour the Charge 3 updated and everything appears to be working and syncing today.

Not happy with my Charge 3 also. And since December, I have had 3 new ones. If it is synced with my Iphone it will not sync with my Ipad. It's one or the other. I just might go back to my Alta.
