My tracker doesn’t keep time well. The time is good for a short time after syncing instead of continuous sync it syncs when it wants to. This is causing me to be consistently late. I have a charge three. Anyone have a thought on a solution? Thanx

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know that your Charge 3 doesn't give accurate time @Bluebird325.
All day sync feature was removed to save battery life. How often does your tracker sync?

I am lucky if it syncs 1x day. The time is a little over an hour back now. I try to sync it manually now I get message that one or more of the apps won’t sync. The watch aspect of the fit bit is very important.to me.

How did you use to sync your Charge 3 before the time got off? Which apps won't sync when you try manually syncing your device?

I am again receiving the message, I do not know which app or apps are the problem. I can see the clock not keeping accurate time, so I do not know if anything else is accurately reported. Thanks.
I recently rebooted the Fitbit three times and turned it off/ restart. Am excited because it has given me an accurate time for 20 minutes, hopefully it will continue.
