Charge 3 doesn’t keep accurate time

My tracker doesn’t keep time well. The time is good for a short time after syncing instead of continuous sync it syncs when it wants to. This is causing me to be consistently late. I have a charge three. Anyone have a thought on a solution? Thanx

Thanks  for getting back to us and for letting us know that your Charge 3 doesn't give accurate time @Bluebird325.

All day sync feature was removed to save battery life. How often does your tracker sync?

I am lucky if it syncs 1x day. The time is a little over an hour back now. I try to sync it manually now I get message that one or more of the apps won’t sync. The watch aspect of the fit bit is very important.to me.

I have been fussing with this charge and have changed up stuff like uninstalling weather.(a useful app for me- I work outdoors) since I took off weather I don’t get that message. However the time is off by an hour and a half. And syncing doesn’t happen often enough. It looses time almost immediately.

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know that the message doesn't appear with uninstalling weather app @Bluebird325.

How did you use to sync your Charge  3 before the time got off? Which apps won't sync when you try manually syncing your device?

I am again receiving the message, I do not know which app or apps are the problem. I can see the clock not keeping accurate time, so I do not know if anything else is accurately reported. Thanks.

I recently rebooted the Fitbit three times and turned it off/ restart. Am excited because it has given me an accurate time for 20 minutes, hopefully it will continue.
