Hi All:  my Charge 3 has stopped vibrating during the interval workout mode. It still vibrates in other modes (eg it vibrates at when the countdown timer completes). I tried resetting the watch, but still have the problem. Any ideas?

I found some settings (on the watch, not in the app) that includes Exercise Alerts ON/OFF and Do Not disturb ON/OFF.  I turned Exercise Alerts back ON (not sure how it got turned off in the first place... maybe an update).

Hello @latifnurani Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting! Please make sure that your intervals are properly set. If this is not the case, then I recommend performing a long restart to your Charge 3 by following the steps below:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Hope this helps!

That was cool—the watch reset just like you said it would! Unfortunately,
the watch still doesn’t vibrate for the interval workout.

To find it, looking at the watch face, swipe left a few times until you see "settings." Tap that. Then swipe up until you see Do Not Disturb.  Tap that.

If Do Not Disturb is OFF, then Exercise Alerts is greyed out.  If it is ON, then you can turn on and off Exercise Alerts.  At least, that what my Charge 3 does.
