My fitbit was at more than 3,000 calories with around 52,000 steps, but, dropped down to 1.000 calories, but the right amount of steps. When I synched my fitbit the device itself dropped down to 1,000 calories with over 50,000 steps. What should I do?

Hi there @jleahjj, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this. Keep in mind that your case was already reported.

We are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Charge 3.

Let me know if there's anything else I may do to help you.

My Fitbit seems to be working well now. I have not lost data in a while. Thank you for your hellp. JJ

ps. There seem to be a lot of men who have no activity levels asking to be my friend. I have said in my bio that I’m a happily married person. I have just been ignoring these people. I hope they move to dating applications to find a person that is available and lives in their state.
