Twice in the last week when in exercise mode - walking - I have noted the tracking at the start of the walk, and during, but then by the time I’ve finished the mode is off.

 

No clothing bumping it.
Auto pause is off.

 

I notice discussions from early 2019. Anyone with this issue lately, and a fix?

Thanks for troubleshooting this exercise issue. I would like to know if you keep experiencing this? If so, I recommend restarting the unit by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?. After this process, test the unit.
