Charge 3 - experience

I'm so frustrated with Fitbit and their low quality devices. I've only every iteration of the Charge and every single one has died right around 18-24 months. I feel like it's designed that way so it makes it past the warranty and they don't have to do anything about it.

My wife and I are done with Fitbit, we're not buying another product just to have it die within 2 years. I hope future customers see this and take my warning to heart.

Regarding the warranty! Please keep in mind that when purchasing a Fitbit device, you are offered to obtain the protection plan for it. This will increase the warranty of your device (selected countries only)

Be aware that Fitbit also provide 2 years of warranty in Europe and other countries.

We should not have to purchase a protection plan to get a device that works longer than 18 months!
