Hi,
My Charge 3 has appeared with grey vertical lines on the screen after putting it on charge and its becoming repsonsive.
I have tried doing the long reset and the factory reset but notihng is fixing it.
Is my only further course of action to get in touch with customer support and to have it replaced?

Hi @ScruffMcBuff, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 has grey vertical lines. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Before checking out the warranty status and replacement options, I'd like you to try one more workaround which has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for the quick response,
I did as you asked and tried changing my clock face to the Fitbit clock face named “asymmetrical clock” and the problem is still occurring
