Charge 3 has black lines i screen

My Charge 3 was working well, but since two days ago it appears in the screen several black lines.

That day, at night, my Charge 3 vibrated and change to the "screen awake" and "notification" screen by himself and several times. After that he stopped that and looked OK.

Yesterday, at morning, his battery was at 8%, when in the year before, when I went to bed, it was at about 60%. I've also noticed that the screen had few light (in outside it's just impossible to see anything in the screen)

I recharged it, but it continues to drain the battery. After that, I've followed several topics in community and I've done what is told there (turn it off, turn it on,....). It was when I was doing that steps that I noticed the black lines and this problem got worst whenever I turned off the Charge 3.

From yesterday evening to today morning, I've tried to dehumidify it and today the battery drainning doesn't happened.

However, the screen is still too dark and there are several black lines on it.
I'm using this Charge 3 since July the 23rd 2019 and I never use it when taking shower. The only "water" received by my Charge is my own sweat!
I've tried to open an issue in support, but i can't do it due to login issues!

I had a sudden problem with horizontal lines through the screen. I bought 2 of the same fur bits for myself and my OH on 14th March this 

year. Mines developed the problem.. tried to get support through Fitbit but we were mid lockdown so I was left without help. I took the Fitbit back to Argos as soon as I could on reopening. They replaced it and are sending it back to the manufacturer.

 

i now have the problem that I cannot register the new one as it tells me that my e mail is already in use. What do I do now ???

Update: now the screen is completely black/dead! But all the other features still work, as I can see whenever I sync it with the app.
