My charge 3 has a black screen but is fully charged. The lights in the back show me that it is on. I tried forgetting the watch and adding it back in and that didn't work. I tried the steps you suggested on here as far as putting it on the charger, pushing the buttons and holding it down for 12 seconds or longer, but no smile face and now I can't add it into my phone to change clock faces because the 4 digit number it asks for doesn't show up because it is a black screen.
