Charge 3 has blank screen

My Charge 3 has a blank screen and the clock face doesn’t show. I have tried all of the ways discussed but none have worked. I only bought it in December 2019. Please give a case number.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen not working. You don't mention any troubleshoots so I wan to confirm if you have tried restarting your tracker and changing its clock face.

I have tried the restart method again as I said in my message I had already done. I also changed the clock face several times.
Nothing works. The clock face is completely black. I would like a replacement Fitbit as it is in guarantee.
