Hello, as of late July, I've noticed black horizontal lines appearing on my Charge 3 as if pixels are missing. It started off as 1-2 lines and it's up to at least 6 lines. I've already tried the various reset methods, changed the clock face, and I recently updated the fitbit. Nothing has worked and I've only had this device for a few months. Does anyone have a solution that has actually worked for this problem?

Same exact thing happened to me. Had to request a replacement for both the watch AND strap. I didn’t think that I would have to buy another watch in less than 2 years time but here I go.. What a piece of crap!

Yup, mine is just about 6 months old and I’m having trouble with lines. No help on my last one that failed, time for a Garmin is about right! I’ve tried the reset and changing the clock but the lines are still there. Wish I could get some help to fix or replace it before it’s out of warranty.

I have this issue too. In fact, this is my second Charge 3 because they replaced the first, for the same issue. I now have the same black line with my new one but I'm told I'm out of warranty so they won't replace this one. Given how many people have this issue I'm really surprised that they only will offer me a discount for me to buy another product. I also have the Fitbit Aria scale that doesn't work (the 2nd one for that too for non syncing issues)--so my question is, why would I buy another Fitbit product if things don't work or breakdown so quickly -even with a discount? It is really sad as I have been using Fitbit products for years (way back when they only had clip-ons) and this clearly is not the same company that had great products that they stood behind. I hope others have better luck than I did with my second Charge 3.

I am also having the same issue as HRM93. I have done all the steps from restarting, changing faces reboot the whole thing and lines continue to be there. My Fitbit Charge 3 is not that old (I've had it for a couple of months. Not happy that this is like this. What can I do now?

@shaw I apologize for the experience and thanks for sharing your feedback. Please note that our team ensures that our Fitbit devices go through rigorous testing to ensure that they meet the high-quality standards expected. However, due to some factors that are beyond human control, materials that these trackers are made of also reaches its limitation. Same with other devices, it may encounter a manufacturing issue that we can only determine once the user has experienced it.
See you around.

I have a Fitbit charge 3 and I tried to do an update today. Now it’s showing horizontal lines that were not there before. It was never replaced since it was purchased. Is there anything you can do for me since it was fine prior to trying to update? It’s obviously related, good prior to, and bad afterwards
