After my charge 3 screen went blank back in May this year, it was quickly replaced. Unfortunately I now have multiple horizontal lines across the screen and have tried all the suggested fixes but to no avail. Very disappointed as during this current covid crisis its keeping me motivated and focused. I don't want to end up with a totally black screen again. Please help.

My wife's Charge 3 has developed the missing horizontal lines on the display too. Not the first time either. The one she's using is the 5th replacement due to similar issues in the last 22 months. She says she couldn't care less any more.
On the other hand, we have a 2 year warranty so I might just pursue it for yet another replacement.
