Hello @Cutebbbunny5. Welcome to the community forums!
Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. At this time, I'd recommend trying to perform a restart to your Charge 3 by following the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If that doesn't help, please perform a long restart by following the steps below:
- Connect the device to the charging cable.
- While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
- The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
- The device turns off.
- The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
- Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
- Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.
Also, I'd suggest trying to change the auto-exercise recognition setting to see if that resolves the inconvenience:
- On the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Exercise tile.
- Tap on the gear icon at the upper right corner.
- Tap an exercise, and adjust the duration or turn off Auto-rec. Make sure to tap on "Save"
For more information, please check: How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
