I cannot get my Charge 3 to send text notifications.  I have rebooted device, done a forget device on my Bluetooth on phone.  Nothing is working.  Does it just not work on an Apple iPhone 7?

After trying everything support had, they sent me a new Fitbit! Works great now!

New one worked great until now! I’m getting no texts but am getting ghost phone call notifications from people I know (and have not called) and numbers I don’t know on my fitbit but no calls on my iPhone! I’m starting to wonder.........

This issue has been going on for over 8 months, seems the Fitbit team is more focused on developing a new product to sell instead of fixing what has already been sold.  I'm seriously disappointed in the response and quality (lack of) on the fitbit charge 3
