Charge 3 is not tracking sleep

My Charge 3 stopped tracking sleep. Everything else works. Hasn't synced in 4 days.

Thank you for the information! If you haven't done so, I'd recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3, to see if this refreshes its performance. You can restart it by following the steps suggested in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

On a side note, I recommend following the steps provided in this link, for any syncing inconvenience. Also, please make sure that the Fitbit App for your mobile device is up to date
