I got my Charge 3 as a present last October so just over a year ago. About 6 months in the reminders to move stopped, even tho they were turned on in my app.
Now I can’t swipe up or right to see how many steps I’ve done or to log a weights workout. I have tried plugging it in to the charger and holding down the reset button and I get no smiley face. A long line appears and then it turns back on but no change as to whether I can swipe on it. Sometimes if I swipe for ages eventually it will change to show me steps but then I can’t get off that screen again.
I’ve also tried removing the Bluetooth link to my phone as that was recommended and now I can’t get it back.
It is a part of my life insurance policy that I have to do a certain amount of exercise per day and it is not registering workouts on my Fitbit. This is the second Fitbit I’ve bought and they are expensive. Please help
