Hi,
I have bought my fitbit charge 3 in March 17th 2019 and it stopped working on March 9th 2020 (you can check the data from your database) because of lockdown I couldn't check for the warranty as I was in a different city
I would request you to please consider the warranty and replace /repair the device as it was technically under warranty.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to assist you accordingly and provide more information about the warranty status. Please keep an eye on your email account.
