I recently got an iPhone 12 Pro & now my fit bit isn’t showing phone calls or messages & I can’t figure out how to fix it? Please help

Thank you for the information. If your Charge 3 isn't receiving notifications, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps suggested in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

 

On a side note, please take into consideration that the Fitbit App works well with any mobile device that meets the requirements listed in this link: 

https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices.
