Charge 3 - no notifications and problems syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 3 is no longer sending notifications.  I’ve had issues for many weeks with it not syncing and therefore reset everything and the syncing seemed to be sorted.  However, the notifications have now disappeared.  I have done everything suggested on these boards, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted the Charge 3, asked the app to forget that device and then reinstalled it.   I have made sure my iPhone 6 is up to date.  I have been into the settings and checked that notifications are set up.  I keep getting a message saying ‘Bluetooth Pairing Failed - Call Notifications and All-Day Sync are disabled for Charge 3.’  It’s so frustrating 😩😩 Any help gratefully received.

Having the same issues! Charge 3, galaxy note 10. Both up to date. Rebooted both phone and fitbit. Reconnected fitbit as if it was a new device. It syncs once when I initially set it up. And then nothing. I have gone through this 3 times in as many days. Fitbit continues to track everything, but i am unable to sync that data through app on phone. Everything was fine until Friday 11/27/2020. So frustrated!

hi @Bettyg888 @Laposillico I can see the problem you are facing now the whole point is that if you don't sync your charge 3 then there will be no notifications so just show me what is it showing up on the screen like why is it not syncing...

from the sync button, it takes me to app and this screen. It never completes linking. I click okay, and it the linking page comes back up.

ok @Laposillico so maybe you should repair your device or delete the app and download it again or press on fix where it says "could not sync charge 3"

I've done that process 3 times already with no results.  It syncs once on initial connection and that's is.

I have a galaxy note 10, all recent updates were done in beginning of

I’ve got an iPhone 6, I know that is old but it has been fine up until the syncing issues started to happen.

I am having the same issue—unreliable syncing.  I have an iPhone 7 Plus and everything worked very smoothly until a week or so ago.  Now Fitbit app doesn’t recognize my device.  It sometimes tries to sync but keeps telling me to sit tight.  I give up on it because it never completes.  I have tried the Fitbit chat with two different reps and go through all of their suggestions.  The problem persists.
