My Fitbit Charge 3 is no syncing with the app. The app and my Charge 3 are up to date. I had to delete the app and reinstall it yesterday to get it to sync.
Also, what recent events are hindering customer service?

I don't know what you have tried so far but the usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
The "recent events" they refer to is the ongoing pandemic
