My fitibit charge 3 not charging.  I have cleaned the pins and checked the alignment.

@SallyBrownScott I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help your device charge.
