My Charge 3 stopped receiving text messages from my iPhone and does not show sleep data (Sleep not tracked when iPhone shows sleep data). The Bluetooth pairing with my phone is not stable and I have to keep repairing it. Can you help?

I too have tried all of thee above. Plus the fit bit reboot and restart by putting it on the charger and getting the smily face... this is all from the new iPhone update I think.

This still doesn’t work for me. I receive calls but not texts on it. I have tried all the things you mentioned with settings > notifications as well as pairing on the fitbit app, and have also tried forgetting the device, removing it from fitbit and setting it up again, as well as updating and reinstalling the fitbit app but no matter what I do I can’r receive texts on it. I’m a bit lost for what to try next 😞

I called Fitbit customer service. They helped me. Try that. Good luck!

omg you are awesome. This is my second fitbit and I was starting to think it was my phone and that my watch would never work properly...

This happened on my charge 3. I have turned text messages to show preview always on my iPhone and it now works.

Hi!  I know there sufficient information all over the net, and on this platform, but is so **ahem** frustrating that I cannot get to work my iPhone 7 plus.  I just bought my wife the iPhone 11 and she is able to view text messages on her Charge 3.  What is the latest on this topic?  As of 1028AM on 12/5/2019, following all the Fitbit suggestions don't work for me.

Even when I follow the suggestion to Forget Device, re-paring the device, going to notification after pairing it is still not working.

I've done this after Make sure Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked.

Still not working even after restarting the Charge 3.

Thank you and sorry for sounding all frustrated.

It doesn’t seem t be working for me. Is it in the settings on the phone or the Fitbit app settings?
Thanks
