Charge 3 not receiving notifications

I’m not getting my texts or phones calls anymore. I’ve done all of the updates, reboot and troubleshooting. Nothing has helped

Hi! Both the lightbulb and my notifications are turned on. I receive notifications for phone calls so everything is turned on as it should be. It just doesn’t work for text messages annoyingly? Can you think of why?

I just started having the exact same thing happen, just all of a sudden.  I've had it over a year.  I went thru and did troubleshooting, and still isn't working.  This just happened to me so I'm thinking it's a bug they may be working on, like they did a few months ago?  I'd try to contact customer service if you can... I cannot right now, but if it's a simple fix could u post it?

Any idea when this will be fixed? I still cannot recieve text message notifications and I’ve tried absolutely everything people have said? If works for my social media apps and when someone rings me. But I bought this based on the fact that I wanted to receive notifications for text messages

I have no idea. This has been months and months for me and many others . And I have tried it all many times.

I suspect that it will not be fixed . I think Fitbit will just wait us out and hope we either quit complaining or buy a newer model .
