Hi, my charge 3 have stopped syncing, i have tried every step in the guide and in the forum, but it doesn't seem to work. i've tried syncing it with both my phone and my computer, and it mainly says "syncing is taking a long time" before it stops syncing. the device has been unused for about six months before i now wanted to start using it again.. any help?
