Hi, I charged my fitbit overnight and tried to sync with my phone this morning. It said it couldn't sync and unsure as to why.
I unpaired my charge 3 and I have just tried to pair it again and it can't be found.
My charge 3 screen is blank and won't switch back on, when I press the side it just vibrates. No lights on to say its attached to the charger.
I'm lost at what to do, I've not had this one long but I've not charged it since middle of January.

For the screen issue try restarting your tracker. You can also clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following (that includes a restart):

I’m having the exact same issue and the steps you have set out above have had no effect. I only got this watch about 6 weeks ago as a replacement for another charge 3 that also wouldn’t sync but the screen worked on that one so now I have 2 not working!
please help!
