Hi,
my Fitbit does nog syncing in challenges anymore. My colleagues experience the same problem
any Help please??

Ugh. I am having the same problem and it started today. Everything else syncs fine and the challenge synced once this morning. Then it (challenge only) hung up for several hours - said it synced by didn't change my steps and now is saying it hasn't synced for 2 hours. Have looked through a bunch of the help forums and none of it is helpful with the same 3 items seeming to be pasted by the moderator as the response to every single one.

Every since the update it has been slow to sync. And then this morning it said I have not synced the challenges since 4 hours. But the steps in the center are right on the dashboard.
I have restarted my device... logged out of the app, deleted the app, re paired my device. And nothing has changed.
Hoping they fix it in there end soon. Posting here so I can see their response

Same problem here in NZ My individual steps are updating (had to log out and re log in) but nothing updating on the Workweek hustle challenge. No ones has updated for at least 6 hrs (its 9am here). Frustrating as I've done my 10000 steps already 😞

Same problem
here. No updating on the challenges. Yes we are different time zones but I am in weekly challenge with these people every week. There are numerous people in our challenge with this issue

I'm in East Coast USA and having the same problem. My dashboard is syncing and shows my correct steps and stats, but I'm in 7 workweek hustle challenges and 2 Goal Day challenges and my steps aren't syncing in them and neither are the other people in the challenges! It's been that way for me for about 11 hours, so my challenges aren't syncing since this morning!!! Help!!! Argh! 🤬🤬🤬

im in australia and my challenges havent synced for 16hrs, yet my day to day stuff has. Very frustrating.
