Charge 3 not syncing with iPad

My Charge 3 isn’t syncing with iPad, have tried all the relevant things but have to re pair it about 3-4 times a day to get correct info on Fitbit app.

Have only had it since August but looking at the rest of the comments below appears to be a common theme, have emailed Fitbit and hopefully should get a response......have done the reboots, removed from device, turned of Bluetooth, even loaded it on to my android phone and it still comes up with syncing....sit tight 😤😠😤
