My charge 3 has stopped syncing and nothing I do will make it, so what's going on ?

How frustrating, you started this post...others are having the same issue, you reply that yours is now working, but did not share HOW! Forum etiquette would be to share how you fixed the issue spindizzy.
After trying all the troubleshooting, i finally got through to customer service. I had to go to add a device, click charge 3, and click replace current charge 3. Apparently it had to be paired again since iOS 14.1. I didn’t lose my data either.
so it’s now working again.
