Charge 3 not syncing

I am so sick of all the issues with this Fitbit 3. I'm back to again having to log out and back in, restarting my phone. Fitbit shame on you! This version has given me issues from the word go.

It still doesn't track partial miles, the stride length seems to be messed up and yes, I've gone to the track and did all that to figure my stride length, it occasionally will show my splits several times repeating them and just in general when you do an update, you mess up 20 other things and it takes months to get the newest issues resolved while causing old issues to come back with a vengeance!

It's great to see you here, @Sally32.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix the issues you are experiencing with your Charge 3.

Regarding the syncing problem, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there. Now about the accuracy, you can check the article: How accurate are Fitbit devices?.

Let me know how it goes. 🙂

Today I ran 5 miles.  I got done and when I went to record the run and splits per mile, the map and the splits tab are completely missing!!!!  I record this data to compare and try to improve.   Now what?  I guess I'd rather have them repeat than not show at all.  I have logged out and restarted my phone.  The fitbit is charged as I do that every night as that was another suggestion many moons ago to not let it go below 85%.
