Charge 3 not vibrating when reaching reminder to move

My charge 3 stopped buzzing me when I need to get my 250 steps in each hour. It buzzes when I hit 10000, but not hourly. The vibration setting is on strong. It just started doing this yesterday.

I see a lot of people posting this and I had the same issue...  I wonder if this is the problem - the Do Not Disturb icon has a negative sign when it is turned ON.  I kept checking, seeing the negative sign, and assuming that meant it was OFF!  😉

The Do Not Disturb should have NOTHING above the letters DND on your fitbit tracker - if you press and hold the button, check to see that this is really OFF.

My issue is that when I lean my wrist on the edge of my computer, I sometimes press the button by mistake.  I think I turned DND on one of these times without realizing it.

Hi @Jasart, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you receive a notification or with a silent alarm? Or is your device not vibrating at all? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit and then, follow the steps that are specified on our help article: What are the reminders I see on my Fitbit device? to re-setup the reminders to move feature of your device.

Looking forward to your reply.

I had the same problem.  When I restarted my tracker, that solved the problem.

Thanks!
