My Fitbit is not vibrating with notifications. Fitbit is synced and everything is on. I can still swipe down and see the notifications on the watch but does not vibrate

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not vibrating when receiving notifications. Make sure that your tracker isn't in the Do not Disturb mode by long pressing the button. Also check this help article for more instructions.
