Hi i had a fitbit charge 3 ever since 2019 and it was working just fine until now lately the bluetooth was switched off and it was disconnected from the setting app. And now it dies not connect to Bluetooth, not show a sign of charging. Does not reboot or reset the sreen is black everything about the device is not working any idea what to do please i've tried everything am now frustrated
