For three days in a row, my Charge 3 has way over-reported heart rate and active minutes. Live chat suggested I restart the fitbit and clean the backside with alcohol. Did both, and not change. This is the second time in its life that this has occurred. So disappointing and about ready to switch brands. Any fix for this issue?

Hello @alliba
I’d try this:
turn your HR off, restart your Charge 3 then turn your HR back on. I understand that if this doesn’t work it can be super frustrating. I did find this thread here discussing this exact issue here:
😉 I wish I could be more help but hopefully I’m pointing you in the right direction

Hello again @alliba
If trying the troubleshooting tips on the Fitbit tread I provided doesn’t resolve the issue then I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
😃 Hopefully this gets sorted out quickly
