My Charge 3 started showing lines in the display like my old one did and not I’m have trouble with it connecting and getting the screen to wake when tapped. I have done all the reset on the forms with no luck. Can this be corrected?

Hi @SunsetRunner, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that about the screen and syncing issues that your Charge 3 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen stops showing the lines and turns on when tapped.
Regarding the syncing issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article and see if your tracker connects with your phone properly.
