Like many others, my screen is blank. The Charge 3 is syncing with the app on my phone. It will vibrate at appropriate times. When I do a resent with the power cord, the smiley face shows briefly.
Looking at other threads, I have installed a new clock face. That seemed to work from the app and the wristband vibrated when the loading was done. But screen still blank. I did another reset, still nothing.
I purchased this 23 January 2019.

I'll also add..... its been like this about 3 weeks. I've done multiple reboots. Acting on an idea from an on-line group, I also let the battery completely drain. then recharged it- still blank. As I said previously, I've also sent a new clockface to it, which I believe was successful- but I can't see it!

Call and get a warranty claim going as you are still under a year
Mine did this and when I called to figure out a course of action I also mentioned that in the past I had just used the darkness/lightness adjustment option in the app, and that the removal of that feature from the app was probably a bad call on their end.
