I realise this issue has been posted a lot recently, but I am also having the same problem as everyone else and nothing I do is fixing it. My screen is blank, but the Charge 3 appears to be working otherwise. It charges ok, and it's syncing...but I can see nothing. When I put it on the charger to try and restart it I do not get the smiley face....I have tried this several times. Can someone please help me!! Thank you! 😊

Thank you for your advice. I have been in touch with your Support team, who advised me to go back to Amazon from whom I purchased it. Amazon have agreed to a refund as the Fitbit was less than a year old.
