Charge 3 unresponsive after failed update

I attempted to update my charge 3.  The update failed.  Following that there was a progress bar frozen on the screen and the watch would vibrate when the button was touched.  I attempted to restart per instructions I read on here (plug in to computer, hold button for 8 sec until face comes on screen) this did not work.  I set the watch down for the night and today there is no bar on the screen and the watch does not vibrate when the button on the side is touched. I again attempted to restart the watch, which did not work.  Any advice is appreciated!
