Hallo,
After my battery was running low the background of my Fitbit Charge 3 faded. Now it's grey with black and white lines. After charging and rebooting multiple times and deleting the user data and also updating the firmware. The screen stays the same. It also takes longer for the Fitbit to react to touch. How can I fix this. I have used it for 3 months and never had a problem before.

Hi, @Kell7onzewereld, if you have tried several restarts and the screen on your Charge 3 is still corrupted, then the next step would be to contact Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. Be sure to tell them the trouble shooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time.

Hi,
Have you resolved this issue? Mine has done the exact same thing this afternoon and I've tried everything to get it back to normal!
Thanks!

I ended up contacting FitBit through Twitter and they then sent me a new screen free of charge. Send them photos of the broken screen and describe exactly what happened leadings up to the screen breaking and they should do the same. They don’t know themselves how to fix it. Hope that helps 😊

A warm welcome to the Community @Addison4283 and @LittleE01 thanks for the input.
If your tracker's display is corrupted, I recommend restarting it by following the instructions provided in the help article How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome. 😀

I am having the same problem with my fitbit screen. It was at 17% so I charged it and when I took it off the charger the screen background was no longer black. It has gray stripes going vertically. I also have tried to restart it to no avail.

Hey @Pattywac, welcome to the Forums.
Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue by yourself. Since the restart process didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our support team, for them to take a deeper look at this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.
In the meantime, let me know if you need anything else. 😊

I’m having the exact same issue? Has anyone been able to resolve it? I have restarted several times. I’m rather worried because I just got one of these for my mother for Mothers Day. Is this an issue with all charge 3’s?

Any solutions to this issue? My Charge 3 died (I almost never let the battery completely run down, but today it could not be helped) and now after plugging it in the screen is white/gray with vertical stripes somewhat visible. The screen is also really hard to do stuff on, though not completely unresponsive. I've restarted it a few times and plan on letting it fully charge before trying again, but I'm not sure what else to do.

I also did a long restart, which sorta fixed about 1/3 of it?
Edit: it also did something odd with the charge percentage?

Good luck, my Charge 3 did the same and as my unit was out of Warranty for a few months they are not interested to replace it.
