Yesterday my Charge 3 screen went totally black. I put it on the charger until the app showed 100% charge and then tried all of the remedies suggested in these forums. Nothing worked. I saw that the app was due for an update, so I went ahead and took care of that, thinking it might help. The new app showed that the device firmware needed an update as well, so I started that process. Now the app has frozen up in addition to the device not working. Can someone help me troubleshoot this crappy product? This is my second one after the first one had to be replaced due to similar issues. I would get a different brand altogether if I knew I could retain my data. I cannot recommend the Fitbit brand after all the trouble I've had with it.
