My Fitbit Charge 3 screen has gone from black to grey with vertical stripes. Purchased December 2019but not opened and worn/set up until February 2020. I have tried restarting etc as recommended on the forum to no avail. I have also tried to update. To no avail. Am very disgruntled and will not buy Fitbit again. My original Charge 2 developed a cracked screen after a few months from new and degenerated to the point it could not be read. Please can someone help? I cannot connect to customer support. Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I have multiple lines of missing pixels. I've tried restarting, tried the long restart and I've changed my clock face. Sill I'm left with missing lines. I don't have any other problems with my Charge 3 - it is getting hard to read😔

This happened with my old Charge 3, even after trying the long restart. But since it was over a year since I purchased it, they wouldn’t replace. Instead gave me a discount code for another Fitbit item. This time I bought the 2 year warranty.

I have tried this multiple times and the screen is still full of gray and white lines. I bought my Charge 3, replacing my smaller Alta on October 19th from Amazon. The gray lines have been an issue for the past three months. Frankly, I'm very disappointed that a product less than a year old is failing. It's absolutely useless in daylight as I can't see the screen due to lack of contrast.

I tried to do this but it didn't fix the lines issue. A few months ago my watch started acting weird. Screen would freeze mid-run, or stop all together and then randomly start working fine. Then I noticed lines started appearing on the screen. Gradually more and more. And it's barely a year old. My other charge 2 I had over a year but the screen split. I don't see myself buying another fitbit if I cannot figure out the issue.
