My Figbit Charge 3 screen will not turn on. It still vibrates like its getting notifications and the app shows it still tracks steps, sleep etc. But the screen on the Fitbit itself is black even when pushing the 'button' on the side. Tried restarting it and changing the clock face like I read on other posts, but nothing is working. This thing is less than 6 months old.

I have the exact same issue. I got it in April.
I've babied my Fitbit, not taking into the pool or shower, never getting below 50% battery,etc. whereas my significant other beats the blank out of it and it's fine. I do not sync it every day.
Mine started to to "fade" a vertical stripe at a time a month ago so I changed it to the largest clock face and after another 2 weeks it completed disappeared except faintly in a pitch black setting. Nothing happened after trying to restart it 🤯

I am having the same problem as mentioned in the original post of this thread. Yesterday morning I woke up and my screen had black and white dots all over it and nothing was legible. Within the hour, the screen went completely black and has not come back on since. It vibrates when I press the side butting but the screen never displays anything. I have reset my Fitbit by plugging it in, holding the side button for 15 seconds, unplugging, and plugging back in but there was no change. It is still vibrating for call notifications (although text notifications have not worked since the most reccent iPhone update), movement reminders, and goals reached, but I can't see anything except when I look on my app. Today I am finding that the tracking is not accurate. It said I had 4,000 steps by the time I finished getting ready for work (normally around 500-900 walking around my house in the morning). My steps jumped from 8,000 to 17,000 within a minute by simply standing up and putting something in the trashcan across the room.
This Fitbit was sent to me in July as a replacement for my original Fitbit in which something very similar happened with the screen first getting grey and white streaks then eventually going black. I have had a Fitbit for less than one year and two of them have already broken. I am really unhappy with the quality of this product.

That's exactly the same as mine.. had mine nearly a year but all of a sudden its stopped working 😡

Hello,
My Fitbit Charge 3 is doing the same thing. This morning when Reset and plugged into my computer it did reset but has since failed to show anything on the screen. I have had the Charge3 since July and wear it daily. I have trouble shot all of the options and want to know what my next step is.

I have experienced this also. I never bathe with mu charge 3 or went swimming or anything. I babied it and suddenly the screen goes blank. How can this be resolved?

I am having the similar issues and have tried all post suggestions. At first, the screen was partially lit but the characters where scrambled and couldnr. It looked like the screen was burning out, then such down completely . This is the fourth fitbit I've purchased only to have is a issues resulting in failure. I have been a fitbit user since 2013. Looks like it's time to purchase another brand of fitness tracker.

I tried again today, ( all the steps), the issue happened yesterday afternoon, the screen continue black but one vertical line appear in one corner (?). However tracks everything, I checked iin my app. Crazy!

My Fitbit Charge 3 is having the exact same issue. I have tried all of the suggestions on the forum. It is still tracking, but nothing I do seems to get the display working again.
