Charge 3 screen is flickering

My charge 3 is flickering between the different screens non stop and constantly vibrating. I’ve tried to reset it and it just keeps displaying the loading bar and then when it’s done it just starts flickering again. I’ve tried cleaning it down and resetting a few times and nothings working. I’ve plugged it into various ports to see if that helps and it just keeps doing the same thing
