Charge 3 screen is missing pixels

I have had my Charge 3 for a few years. One day it got a bit of water on it and ever since, the pixels are getting worse and worse. The centre is fine but I can't see my steps or date. Trying to use any of the features has become near impossible.

Let me help you with this. @SteveH shared some tips but I couldn't find that you have a ticket with Support. I would like to confirm that you have restarted your tracker by following these instructions. If the issue persists then please let me know so I can create a ticket for you.

Hi,

I'm glad I joined! Yes I saw that they said to contact them if it still
isn't working which I have yet to do. I have restarted my Fitbit a few
times now but the screen is still pretty bad. I noticed there's a new
upgrade for my Fitbit which I'm now trying to install so hopefully it will
correct itself after that.
